Monsters of Folk held a video contest back in November for their self-titled debut’s opening track, “Dear God.” A winning entry has been chosen, one that follows a young girl through playgrounds, fields, and trash-ridden courtyards, possibly in search of God (in any case, desolate landscapes appear to be a theme today).
The video was directed by Nele Hecht and produced by Kathleen Bryson, who are also now the proud owners of an extremely sweet prize package.
