LCD Soundsystem‘s third album may possibly be their last. At least that’s what James Murphey hinted to NME a couple weeks ago, though he also stated that, when creating an album, “it makes sense to think of it as the last you’ll ever do, because then you make it good.”
While we await the rumors to be denied or verified, Murphy and Co. have released a clip in which they are indeed hard at work in the studio, making the aforementioned third album, which has a tentative spring release date.

Meanwhile, the group will tour Europe in April and already have several confirmed overseas dates, as well as an appearance at this year’s Coachella Festival.
