Tokyo Police Club’s Dave Monks and Graham Wright stopped by The Tripwire recently to play a few songs off the band’s new record, Champ, along with an oldie-but-goodie from 2008′s Elephant Shell. Though TPC is known for a rather explosive mix of sounds—particularly in the electric guitar realm—the boys kept things quiet here, wielding only their acoustic guitars a Woody Allen short story anthology. Is there ever a moment in the day when these guys don’t look like they’re having the time of their lives?
