The White Stripes‘ live documentary, Under Great White Northern Lights, begins screening this week at various theaters across the U.S., and next week marks the release of both film and its accompanying box set, which also includes a live album.
The latter is 17 tracks pulled from several different performances on that famous trek across Canada, and thanks to the good folks at NPR, we can hear all of them right now. The album is streaming in its entirety at the NPR site until March 16.
Kicking off with “Let’s Shake Hands,” the duo’s first recording ever, the songs traverse Jack and Meg’s entire discography, from Get Behind Me Satan‘s “Blue Orchid” to Grammy-winning “Icky Thump,” and, of course, their rendition of Dolly Parton’s “Jolene.”
They’re all right here.
