Similar to their video for the title track, this one features a front row view of Xiu Xiu head honcho Jamie Stewart and his bandmates, Angela Seo and Ches Smith, harming themselves and each other. Their previous on-camera antics (ie: Seo making herself throw up onto Stewart while he enjoys a chocolate bar) have proven to be controversial among fans, but the videos are on par with the album’s theme of self-hatred.

Dear God, I Hate Myself is out on Kill Rock Stars.
