Lost Highway reports that Chris Feinstein, bassist and singer for Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, has passed away at the age of 42. No details as to the cause of death have been given.
Feinstein joined The Cardinals in 2006 and appeared on Adams’ releases Follow the Lights, Cardinology, and Easy Tiger. “This is the saddest day of my life,” fellow Cardinals member Brad Pemberton stated on the Lost Highway site. “Things will never be quite the same.”
