New Midnight Masses Track – “Walk on Water”

Midnight Masses The backstory behind Rapture Ready, I Gazed at the Body renders the Midnight Masses‘ debut EP something of an elegy, as the release’s four tracks were written in the wake of frontman Autry Rene Fulbright’s father’s death.

That Fulbright turned his grief into unflinchingly honest music is obvious on “Walk on Water,” a mournful, minimal rock number that’s dark in subject matter but also delivers a certain lightness that makes the track that much more complex—musically and emotionally.
