Portland indie-folkers A Weather will release their second full-length at the beginning of March and have finally unveiled a track from the forthcoming Everyday Balloons.
The album was recorded in Portland and engineered by Adam Selzer, known for his work with artists like M. Ward and The Decemberists. It follows up on 2008′s beautifully understated Cove, and from the sounds on “Giant Stairs,” seems shaping up to be another trip through the land of whispered harmonies, delicate organ melodies, and purposefully restrained guitars. Listen to the track right now.
Everyday Balloons is out March 4 on Team Love.
